Terms & Conditions | Yoni | Care for Schools
PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAM
Yoni’s Care for Schools program aims to address period poverty and menstrual stigma in schools by providing free access to period products in school restrooms. The project is donation-based, and once the target amount of €540 is reached, Yoni will supply a school with one RedLocker dispenser and a stock of Yoni products (medium tampons and pads) for a duration of one year. As donations continue, the school may receive additional dispensers and product refills, ensuring ongoing support for students who need it.
PRIVACY & DATA PROCESSING
Personal data provided in the context of a donation will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also agree to be added to the Yoni Care for Schools email list.
NO PRODUCT PURCHASE / NON-COMMERCIAL PURPOSE
Yoni does not make any profit from the donations. The donated amount covers the cost of the dispenser, the products, and the shipping.
TRANSACTIONS
After a successful donation, the donor will receive a confirmation via email. This confirmation serves as proof of donation. The donor will also receive an email once the school has reached the target amount for a dispenser.
ONLINE DONATIONS
Online donations go fully towards supporting the selected schools. The donation will primarily be allocated to the school chosen by the donor. However, if a school has already received more than enough donations, your contribution may be redirected to another school. Refunds are not possible.
