TERMS AND CONDITIONS Yoni giveaway October 2021
• This specific part of these Promotional Terms and Conditions (“Specific Promotional Terms and Conditions”) together with the General Promotional Terms and Conditions (as defined below) apply to the promotions provided by FIP ORGANIC B.V. (“Yoni”) organized campaign Yoni giveaway October 2021 (the “Promotion”).
• Participation in the Promotion is free.
• The Promotion starts on the 1st of October 2021.
• To participate in the Promotion, the participant must comply with the Specific and General Promotion Conditions (as set out below) and the participant must also complete an entry form completely, correctly and on time, including the questions, and send it to Yoni in the manner indicated in the entry form. From that moment on, the participant has a chance to win.
• By participating in the Promotion, the participant has a chance to win one year of free Yoni products worth 75 euros.
• The Promotion only concerns organic cotton period care products (tampons, sanitary towels and panty liners).

2. Applicability
• By participating in the Promotion, the participant declares that he/she agrees to these Promotional Terms and Conditions.
• Yoni may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, change or amend the Promotion Terms and Conditions during the term of the Promotion without giving any reason, as well as change, modify or discontinue the Promotion.
3. Provider
The Promotion is, unless otherwise stated, organized by:

4. Participation
• The participant must: (i) provide the requested (contact) data and information completely, current and correct and (ii) be in possession of a valid proof of identity.
• Each participant can participate in a Promotion at most once.
• Excluded from participation are Yoni's employees and persons directly involved in (organizing) the Promotion. Yoni reserves the right to exclude, disqualify and/or refuse a participant if he/she acts contrary to the provisions of the Promotional Terms and Conditions, has provided incorrect, incomplete or misleading information, the (outcome of the) Promotion attempts to manipulate or unlawfully influence or commit or attempt to commit fraud, or otherwise exhibit inadmissible conduct.
• Participants who do not meet the above conditions may be excluded from participation.
5. Determination and Announcement of Winners
• The winners of the Promotion will be selected in an impartial and random manner, for example by means of a computer program or drawing of lots.
• Prior to the designation of a winner, Yoni checks whether the participants in the Promotion meet the conditions. After the clue, Yoni checks again whether the participant, who has been designated as the winner, meets the conditions. If the participant/winner does not meet (one of) the conditions, Yoni can exclude this participant/winner from participating in the Promotion and that participant is therefore no longer eligible for the prize.
• Winners will be personally informed within 5 working days after the closing of a Promotion via the e-mail address with which the participant entered the Promotion.
• If a winner does not claim the prize won within 14 days after Yoni has sent the e-mail referred to in Article 5 sub c, the winner will irrevocably lose his claim to the prize won.
• If a situation as referred to under b or d of this article 5 occurs, Yoni will designate a new winner in accordance with this article 5. If the new winner does not meet the conditions, or if a situation as referred to under sub b or d of these Promotional Terms and Conditions, the prize will lapse.
• No correspondence will be entered into about the outcome of the Promotion.
6. Prices
• Prizes will be sent to the winners within a few days of the results being announced.
7. Privacy
• Yoni is responsible for the collection and use of the personal data in the context of the Promotion. Personal data obtained from participants in the context of the Promotion will be processed in order to be able to administer and execute the Promotion. The participant guarantees that all information provided by him/her is correct, up-to-date and complete. Personal data will be kept for a short period after the end of the Promotion, insofar as this is necessary for the awarding of the prize. After that, the personal data will be destroyed.
• We may link and analyze your personal data to develop, improve and better understand our products, processes, services and marketing and business strategies. To the extent required by law, permission is first requested. If permission is not required, we carry out the aforementioned activities to promote our legitimate interests.
