Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return all the conditions mentioned below need to be fulfilled:

  1. The item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  2. The item(s) must be in the original packaging and packing material.
  3. A receipt or proof of purchase needs to be sent together with the returned item(s).

For period proof underwear “in the same condition that you received it” means that it should be unworn, undamaged, soiled or washed. Therefore, we ask you to first try on the underwear over your regular underwear to make sure it’s the right size. Also, before ordering period proof underwear, we strongly recommend to check our size chart to make sure the correct size is ordered.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you can send an email to info@yoni.care mentioning your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a shipping label to return your item(s) and contact you for extra information if required. Yoni will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a week.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
