To which countries does Yoni ship?

We are currently shipping to the following countries:

  • The Netherlands
  • Belgium
  • Germany

How long does it take to process and ship your order?

If you place your order before 22.00, we will prepare and process your order within the same business day (excluding weekends and holidays) of receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Estimated delivery time, on Monday-Friday:

  • The Netherlands: if your order is placed before 23:30 your parcel will be delivered the next day.
  • Belgium: if your order is placed before 22:00 your parcel will be delivered the next day.
  • Germany: 1-3 working days.

Estimated delivery time, in the weekend:

  • The Netherlands, Belgium: if your order is placed before Sunday 21:00, your parcel will be delivered on Monday.
  • Germany: 2-3 working days.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer free shipping on orders over 22.50 euro to The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

For orders below 22.50 euro the following shipping costs apply:

  • The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany : 6.95 euros

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification including a tracking number you can use to check your order status. The tracking number and orders history are also available in your Yoni account.

How can I change my shipping address?

If your order was submitted with an incorrect address, please email info@yoni.care within 15 minutes of placing the order and we will correct the shipping address before the order is processed.

What should I do if my shipment hasn’t arrived or the product is defect?

If something is wrong with your shipment you can email info@yoni.care and we will help you out. In your email it´s helpful to mention your order number.
